About
This tool was built after going through a period of intense health anxiety and realising how hard it was to get a clear, grounded explanation of risk. Most online information is either vague, fear driven or written in a way that leaves people more terrified than before.
I saw first hand how fear around possible exposure can spill into every part of life: sleep, work, focus, relationships and the ability to enjoy anything at all. Anxiety fills in the gaps when there is no clear information. I understand how that fear can completely derail someone’s day, week or month.
This project started as a personal attempt to make sense of risk using real numbers instead of worst case thinking. Over time, it evolved into a structured assessment, designed to give people what I wish I had at the time: a private way to see the actual odds rather than live inside the worst story in their head.
The mission is simple: provide a private, fast, evidence based way to understand risk so that people can calm down, make a plan and move forward. No scare tactics, no judgement and no pressure to buy anything else.
The assessments use epidemiological research, peer reviewed transmission studies and country level prevalence and treatment data from sources such as the CDC and UNAIDS. The goal is not to replace a doctor, but to give a clear numerical estimate that helps the mind step back from the edge.
Numerical data on its own does not solve anxiety, but it can pull people back down to earth. When you see that the actual probability is often far lower than the story your brain is telling you, it becomes easier to breathe, book the right test and stop checking the same search results over and over again.
If you are ready, you can start a private, step by step assessment here: Start your confidential risk assessment.
The underlying risk engine is updated over time as better research and regional data become available. When studies refine per act transmission estimates or treatment coverage, the logic behind the assessments is adjusted so that the output stays aligned with the best available evidence.
The aim is to keep the tool transparent and predictable. The assessment explains which factors raised risk, which factors reduced it and how they combined into the final estimate, so that nothing feels hidden or mysterious.
This is not a large company or a marketing project. It is a focused, independent tool built by someone who has sat in the same anxious headspace many users are in when they arrive here.
If this assessment helps you sleep better, feel more grounded or avoid weeks of unnecessary panic, then it is doing what it was created to do.
